What You’ll Do
- Build and train in-house Machine Learning (ML) models.
- Build and scale backend APIs, services, and internal systems using Python
- Develop frontend product flows, dashboards, and customer-facing features
- Own features end-to-end from requirement to deployment
- Design reliable async workflows, automations, and event-driven systems
- Integrate third-party systems such as payments, notifications, analytics, and partner APIs
- Improve performance, scalability, monitoring, and production reliability
- Work closely with founders, product, and design to ship fast and iterate faster
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building production software
- Strong Python skills with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Frontend experience with React, Flutter, or similar frameworks
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and system design
- Exposure to building and training ML models.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI models, or AI-powered integrations
- Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms
- Comfortable with Git, deployments, and CI/CD workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code
- Ownership mindset with strong execution speed
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments
